Over 25 years of commercial experience. The common thread throughout Dom’s career is in influencing people, handling difficult conversations and negotiating deals.  He started his career with BT which took him to the United States for five years managing new business wins worth more than $410 million. On returning to the UK in 2007 he started to train and consult in the world of commercial negotiation. He is experienced in training and working with the leadership teams, on the buying and selling side in pretty much any sector you can think of including Telecoms, retail, pharmaceutical, financial services, law, technology, manufacturing and transport. He loves working with others and gets immense satisfaction helping them realise their potential.
